Product Description
The Sensirion SHT20-TR-1.5kS is part of the SHT2x series of digital temperature and humidity sensors featuring advanced CMOSens® technology.
This sensor provides highly accurate relative humidity measurement with ±3 %RH and temperature sensing with ±3 °C accuracy. Packaged in a compact DFN surface mount package of 3mm by 3mm footprint and 1.1mm height, it fits easily into space-constrained designs.
The SHT20 sensor uses capacitive sensing for humidity and a band-gap sensor for temperature, combined with an integrated version 4 silicon chip with amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, OTP memory and a Serial-I2C digital interface for direct communication with microcontrollers and other digital systems.
Operating from 2.1 V to 3.6 V and supporting a broad temperature operation range from -40 °C to 125 °C, the sensor is optimized for applications requiring robust environmental monitoring in industrial equipment, embedded systems, HVAC controls, and laboratory instruments.
