Product Description

Broadcom AFBR-57B4APZC Fibre Optic Transceiver is a high-performance SFP module designed for fast and reliable data transmission in industrial and networking applications. It supports data rates from DC up to 50 MBaud (50,000 kbps) over distances up to 2 kilometers using 62.5 μm/125 μm multimode optical fibers. Its LC duplex rectangular connector ensures secure and convenient connection interfaces.

The transceiver features an 850 nm VCSEL transmitter with rapid response times (5 ns rise, 3 ns fall) providing efficient signal transmission with low power consumption on a single 3.3 V supply. The module is hot pluggable, making it easy to install and replace without system downtime, complying fully with the SFP MSA specifications.
