Littelfuse RHEF050 is a 0.5 A resettable fuse with a voltage rating of 30V and radial lead orientation, designed for protecting electrical circuits and electronic devices. It rapidly switches from a low resistance state to a high resistance state when exposed to excessive current or short circuit, and automatically resets upon correction of fault conditions and removal of power.

The compact fuse measures 7.4 mm in length, 3 mm in width, and 12.7 mm in height, enabling easy incorporation into printed circuit boards. It offers a hold current of 0.5 A and a trip current of 920 mA, with a power dissipation capability of 0.9 W. The device operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C minimum to 60°C maximum.

Constructed with PolySwitch™ PTC technology in the RUSBF series, the fuse requires no maintenance and can reset automatically thousands of times, eliminating the need for fuse holders. Approved by UL, CSA, TUV, and RoHS certified, it meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
