Parker UCC EF.7731113291 Easiflow Series Flow Meter is a calibrated flow indicator designed specifically for accurate measurement of water flow rates ranging from 5L/min to 100L/min. The meter incorporates a female 1 inch BSP parallel connection thread and is suitable for installation in any plane orientation. It operates reliably up to a maximum temperature of 60°C, making it a practical choice for industrial, laboratory, HVAC, water treatment, and manufacturing applications.
The flow sensing mechanism employs the technique of differential pressure acting across a piston against a calibrated spring. The flow rate is visually read from a scale on a borosilicate glass viewing window. High quality wetted materials such as borosilicate glass, stainless steel, acetal, and nitrile ensure durability and chemical compatibility.
The meter features an AC magnetically operated reed switch output with a minimum current rating of 50mA. This switch is adjustable along the flow range to provide remote indication if the flow rate exceeds preset maximum or minimum values. The switch is non-latching: once the flow drops below the switching threshold, it deactivates automatically. For latching operation, a separate external latching relay circuit is necessary.
