Microchip ATMEGA328P-AUR is an 8 bit AVR microcontroller based on the Atmega series, delivered in a 32-pin TQFP surface mount package. It operates at a maximum clock frequency of 20 MHz and provides 32kB of ISP flash program memory, allowing efficient program storage and execution.

This microcontroller includes 2kB of internal SRAM and 1024 bytes of EEPROM to handle volatile and non-volatile data storage needs. It has 23 programmable input/output lines, enhancing its capability to interface with various peripherals and external devices.

Powered by AVR RISC architecture, the device executes powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, achieving approximately 1 MIPS per MHz.
