Product Description
Samtec TOLC-110-02-S-Q is a straight surface mount PCB header designed for high density board-to-board applications. It features 40 phosphor bronze contacts arranged in four staggered rows with 1.27 mm pitch and a 0.635 mm offset, providing compact, reliable connections in electronic assemblies.
The contact surfaces and tails are plated with gold (0.75 μm on contacts and 0.075 μm on tails) to enhance conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The housing material is a liquid crystal polymer, offering excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability within the operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
This connector employs a male contact gender with solder termination type and includes a shrouded design to protect the contacts and aid proper mating, especially when used with corresponding SOLC series sockets. Its above-board height is 5.59 mm, and it mates at 6.35 mm height with mating components.
