The RIGOL DG1000Z Series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator, available in DG1022Z, DG1032Z, and DG1062Z models, is a versatile dual-channel signal generator designed for laboratory testing, electronic circuit development, industrial applications, manufacturing, R&D, and engineering education. Powered by RIGOL’s SiFi signal-generation technology, the series delivers accurate and stable waveform reproduction for a wide variety of testing requirements.
The DG1000Z Series provides two independent output channels with model-specific output frequencies up to 60 MHz, a sampling rate up to 200 MSa/s, and 14-bit vertical resolution. Its waveform memory is expandable up to 16 Mpts, allowing users to generate detailed arbitrary waveforms and simulate complex real-world signals for product development, troubleshooting, and system validation.
The generator supports sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, harmonic, and arbitrary waveforms, along with 160 built-in arbitrary waveform options. Multiple modulation, sweep, and burst functions enable engineers to reproduce different operating conditions and perform advanced electronic testing without requiring several separate instruments.
The dual-channel design enables users to generate two independent or synchronised signals for circuit testing, sensor simulation, component analysis, and educational demonstrations. Easy phase adjustment helps support multi-signal test requirements, while high amplitude accuracy, low jitter, and output protection provide dependable performance.
