Product Description

The RIGOL MSO7000 Series Digital Oscilloscope, available in MSO7014, MSO7024, MSO7034, and MSO7054 models, is a high-performance mixed-signal oscilloscope designed for advanced signal analysis, circuit debugging, and electronic testing. Built on RIGOL’s UltraVision II architecture, the series is suitable for industrial facilities, electronics laboratories, manufacturing test setups, educational institutions, and research and development applications.

The RIGOL MSO7000 Series provides four analog channels and supports 16 optional digital channels with a compatible logic probe, enabling engineers to analyse analog and digital signals simultaneously. With bandwidth options up to 500 MHz, the oscilloscope supports embedded-system development, power-electronics testing, automotive diagnostics, industrial automation, communication-system analysis, and high-speed circuit troubleshooting.

A real-time sampling rate up to 10 GSa/s enables accurate capture of fast signal transitions, while memory depth up to 500 Mpts supports detailed analysis of long waveform sequences. The waveform capture rate of at least 600,000 waveforms per second helps detect rare glitches, intermittent faults, timing problems, and other difficult-to-identify signal events.

  • Bandwidth options up to 500 MHz
  • Four analog input channels
  • 16 optional digital channels with a compatible logic probe
  • Real-time sampling rate up to 10 GSa/s
  • Memory depth up to 500 Mpts
  • Waveform capture rate of at least 600,000 waveforms per second
  • Advanced triggering for detecting complex signal events
  • FFT spectrum analysis for frequency-domain measurements
  • Up to 41 automatic waveform measurement functions
  • Mathematical, waveform search, and analysis tools
  • Pass/fail testing for production and quality-control applications
  • Optional protocol decoding for I²C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and UART
  • 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display
  • Multiple interfaces for data transfer, connectivity, and remote operation

The large 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen provides clear waveform visualisation and convenient access to measurement, triggering, decoding, and analysis functions. Its advanced serial protocol capabilities help engineers inspect communication signals and identify errors in embedded and automotive electronic systems. Pass/fail testing and automatic measurements also make the oscilloscope useful for manufacturing inspection and production quality assurance.

Typical applications include embedded-system debugging, mixed-signal circuit analysis, power-supply testing, automotive-electronics diagnostics, industrial-control troubleshooting, communication-interface testing, electronic product development, manufacturing quality control, and laboratory research.
