The DS1000Z Series provides up to 100 MHz analog bandwidth, real-time sampling rates up to 1 GSa/s, and four analog input channels for analysing multiple signals simultaneously. Plus models support 16 optional digital channels with a compatible logic probe, allowing mixed-signal testing of analog and digital circuits within a single platform.
With memory depth up to 24 Mpts in single-channel operation and waveform capture rates up to 30,000 waveforms per second, the oscilloscope can record long signal sequences and identify intermittent faults, glitches, timing errors, and signal abnormalities.
