Product Description
MEAN WELL RSP-2000-48 is an advanced high-efficiency Switching Power Supply delivering 48V DC at 2kW power output. It supports a universal input voltage from 90V AC to 264V AC and also accommodates DC input voltages between 127V DC and 320V DC, making it ideal for varied industrial power environments.
The chassis mount power supply features a slim 41mm low profile and compact dimensions of 295mm length and 41mm width, facilitating easy integration into control panels and automation systems. Its 42A output current rating caters to demanding load requirements.
Designed with built-in active power factor correction (PFC) and high energy efficiency of 92%, this PSU ensures reliable, stable operation while minimizing power consumption and heat generation. The device integrates multiple protection circuits including constant current limiting, overload, short circuit, and overvoltage protections as well as thermal shutdown mechanisms with fan alarm for enhanced operational safety.
The RSP-2000 series supports parallel operation of up to four units with active current sharing, enabling output power scaling to 7200W for larger power demands. Output voltage trimming range from 40% to 115% adds flexible voltage adjustment capability. Additional auxiliary power outputs at 5V/0.3A and 12V/0.8A are also included.
