This PolySwitch™ RXE series fuse is suitable for applications including printers, satellite video receivers, industrial controls, transformers, computer motherboards, modems, USB hubs, ports and peripherals, game machines, phones, fax machines, and line cards. It rapidly switches from a low resistance state to a high resistance state when experiencing electrical overload or short circuit, ensuring circuit protection.
The fuse features automatic resetting thousands of times without replacement, eliminating maintenance and reducing downtime. It offers low operating resistance for minimal power loss during normal operation and fast tripping time of 9.6 seconds at 2.7 A trip current.
