Bourns MF-MSMF110-2 resettable fuse is a surface mount device designed for protection of electrical and electronic circuits. It has a hold current of 1.1A and a trip current of 2.2A with a voltage rating of 6V. Featuring a compact 1812 package size and electroless nickel immersion gold plated terminals, it enables reliable connections and ease of automated assembly. The fuse rapidly switches from a low resistance state to a high resistance state under electrical overload or short circuit conditions, then automatically resets once the fault condition ceases and power is removed.
It complies with the AEC-Q200 Rev-C stress test qualification, making it suitable for automotive applications, as well as use in security systems, power supplies, transformers, power switching devices, medical equipment, instrumentation, computers, audio visual and telecommunications.
The MF-MSMF series provides maintenance-free automatic reset for thousands of cycles, eliminating the need for fuse holders and reducing maintenance costs.
