Eaton 118548 XSDP11/ST(230V50HZ,240V60HZ) Star Delta Starter is an industrial-grade motor starter designed for efficient starting and protection of three phase motors up to 11 kW power rating, operating at 230V AC.

The starter is enclosed in a robust IP55 rated sheet steel enclosure with epoxy paint (RAL 7032), providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for demanding automation and electrical control applications.

This surface mounted starter features a lockable isolator via a triple pole switch disconnector, which complies with IEE 16th Edition regulations on isolation and switching, enhancing operator safety and equipment reliability.

It includes AC-3 rated triple pole contactors and switch disconnector with IP20 terminals, ensuring high electrical endurance and safe wiring connections under industrial environments.

The starter incorporates IP65 rated mushroom headed Stop pushbutton and flush Start pushbutton, both protected against dust and water, facilitating reliable manual control of motor operation.

Dimensions of the enclosure measure 184 mm height, 284 mm width, and 184 mm depth, making it compact for typical industrial panels and installations.

The product utilizes readily available Moeller components that meet international standards IEC 943-3 (isolator), IEC 947-5-1 (pushbuttons), and IEC 947-4-1 (contactors), ensuring component quality and compatibility.

Star Delta starters typically consist of the enclosure, switch disconnector, start/stop pushbuttons, three contactors, mechanical interlock, and a timer. Note that overload relay is not included and must be sourced separately.
