Aoip Instrumentation CP6632 is a highly accurate handheld Current & Voltage Calibrator designed for testing and calibrating process signals in electrical and industrial applications. It measures and simulates process currents from 0 mA to 25 mA with a 24V loop power supply and voltages up to 50 V for maintenance of sensors, transmitters, and instrumentation using standard process signals like 4-20 mA and 0-10 V.

This device features exceptional accuracy of ±0.015%, adjustable resolutions down to 1 μA and 1 mV, and a low temperature coefficient ensuring stable readings within industrial temperature ranges from -10°C to 50°C. The calibrator provides simulation of ramps, pre-programmed steps, and synthesized values, enabling thorough testing and commissioning of control and measurement loops.

Designed with practical industrial use in mind, it includes a continuity test for wiring checks, compatibility with HART transmitters, and a USB port for direct data download.
