Littelfuse RHEF1400 Resettable Fuse 14 A 16V DC is an advanced PolySwitch™ PTC device designed for protecting electrical and electronic circuits from excessive current overloads and short circuits. Featuring a radial lead configuration, this fuse provides reliable automatic reset capability after fault conditions are cleared, making it maintenance-free and highly durable.

The device quickly transitions from a low resistance state to a high resistance state within approximately 13 seconds when the current exceeds the trip rating, effectively protecting sensitive components. After power is removed and the fault is cleared, it resets itself thousands of times without needing replacement.

Measuring 23.5mm in length, 28.6mm in height, and 3.6mm in width, this compact fuse has a hold current rating of 14A and a trip current of 27A at 16V DC, with a maximum current rating of 40A. It dissipates up to 6.9W of power and can operate safely within a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C.
