Each sensor element is TSV-packaged and mounted onto printed circuit boards (PCB) with minimal dead space, yielding fill factors greater than 90%. The device has a peak sensitivity wavelength of 420 nm, making it suitable for precise photon counting in various applications.
This photomultiplier features a compact form factor with dimensions of 12.46 mm width, 12.46 mm length, and 6.2 mm height, optimized for PCB mount installation with 8 pins.
