Product Description

Flowline UG06 Reflective Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter is a versatile device designed for continuous liquid level measurement in industrial and commercial applications.

This level transmitter supports both vertical and horizontal mountings, making it adaptable for diverse installation requirements. The housing is constructed from durable polycarbonate and polypropylene materials, offering resistance to corrosion and harsh environments. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 80°C, enabling use in extreme conditions.

The device incorporates a USB interface facilitating straightforward configuration and diagnostics via Flowline's WebCal software or an integral push-button display module. The compact 3-inch beam width allows installation in confined spaces without sacrificing measurement accuracy. It delivers a configurable 4 mA to 20 mA analogue output signal, catering to various control systems.

Additional features include an LCD for live display of level readings in inches, meters, or percent span, as well as fail-safe diagnostics with selectable signal fail-safe outputs to maintain system safety. Automatic temperature compensation further enhances measurement precision despite thermal fluctuations.
