Gems Sensors 020-3497 FS-550E Series Paddle Flow Sensor is engineered to monitor liquid flow rates ranging from 15 liters per minute to 125 liters per minute. Featuring a robust brass housing and an IP65 rating, this paddle sensor ensures durability and reliable operation in industrial environments.

The sensor connects easily via a 1-inch BSP threading, compatible with a wide range of piping systems. It reliably operates under maximum pressures of up to 55 bar and media temperatures from -18°C to 100°C. Its paddle design pivots out of the flow path as flow increases, producing a minimal pressure drop of just 0.2 bar regardless of pipe size.

This flow sensor includes a SPDT switching function, allowing precise detection of flow/no-flow conditions in either direction. The switch's paddle can be trimmed during installation to actuate at the desired flow rate, providing customizable performance for diverse applications.
