Microchip DSC1123CI2-200.0000 MEMS Oscillator is a high-performance 200 MHz frequency source utilizing proven silicon MEMS technology with a 6-pin VDFN surface mount package. It offers excellent jitter and frequency stability of ±25 ppm across a wide supply voltage and temperature range, making it ideal for industrial, communications, storage, and networking applications.

Designed to replace traditional quartz or SAW oscillators, the DSC1123 series enhances reliability and reduces lead times with high supply noise rejection of -50 dBc and excellent shock and vibration immunity. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range and supports supply voltages between 2.25 V to 3.6 V while maintaining low current consumption.
