Norcomp 189-025-613R571 right angle PCB D-Sub connector, with a 2.769 mm pitch and 25 contacts per port, is designed for high-density dual port applications requiring efficient PCB layout. The connector features stamped contacts with gold plating to provide excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
The shell is nickel plated steel with ground indents that enhance shielding and provide improved grounding and mechanical retention on the PCB. Boardlocks add further retention security, and the connector uses 4 to 40 insert mounting hardware ensuring firm installation. The solder termination type supports reliable and strong electrical connections on the PCB.
Rated for a current of 5A and operating voltage up to 1 kV, this connector is suitable for demanding electronic applications. It performs well in a wide temperature range from -55°C to 105°C, with a UL94V-0 high-temperature thermoplastic insulator that withstands process temperatures up to 260°C.
