Infineon CY15FRAMKIT-001 Serial F-RAM Development Kit is an Arduino-compatible shield designed to facilitate high-performance, reliable, and energy-efficient memory integration for embedded systems.

This development kit incorporates advanced FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) technology, which combines the speed of RAM with the data retention qualities of ROM.
