Product Description
P.M.A D280-112-1000D-000 BluePort Panel On-Off Temperature Controller is a compact 96 mm wide device designed for precise process temperature regulation in industrial applications. It features four input channels and three output paths to deliver accurate on-off and continuous control using analogue (0/4 to 20 mA), logic, and relay (normally open) signals. The screw terminal mounting and BluePort® front interface enable straightforward installation and configuration.
This controller supports a wide range of control types including PID, two-point control, self-tuning, and continuous control, optimized for furnaces, ovens, burners, boilers, weighing and batching processes, plastics processing, and general process control. The unit operates reliably within a 0°C to 60°C temperature range and handles supply voltages up to 260V AC.
The digital 280-1 indicator provides fast response with a 100 ms scan rate and includes customer-specific sensor linearization with 16 segments. It retains minimum and maximum process values for quick reference on the high-visibility 19 mm, 5-digit display. Advanced diagnostics ensure fault detection, including sensor break, internal faults, self-tuning errors, and polarity reversals.
