Maxim Integrated MAX9275GTN/V+ Serialiser IC is engineered for high-definition video applications, automotive navigation, and industrial interface systems requiring high-speed data serialization over coaxial or shielded twisted pair cables. This 56-Pin TQFN surface-mount package supports differential and single-ended serial output signals with data rates up to 3.12Gbps, ideal for transmitting high-resolution video signals with low EMI.
The serialiser features 1 driver and 30 receivers with LVCMOS input types and includes a serializer pre/deemphasis feature that allows reliable transmission over 15 meters of cable at full speed, significantly reducing electromagnetic interference and shielding requirements. Its operating voltage range is between 1.7V and 1.9V, and it includes ESD protection compliant with ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge, enhancing its robustness in automotive and industrial environments.
It supports a 104MHz high-bandwidth mode accommodating 1920x720p at 60Hz display with 24-bit color, making it suitable for rear-seat infotainment and megapixel camera systems. The device features multiple data rates and control channels compatible with UART and I2C protocols, enabling flexible integration and system configurability. A bypassable input PLL helps in attenuating parallel clock jitter, and built-in PRBS generator assists in bit error rate (BER) testing for serial link verification.
The robust temperature operation range from -40°C to 105°C ensures durability in harsh industrial and automotive conditions. Additional functions include remote/local wake-up from sleep mode and a dedicated GPO for touch-screen interrupt signaling or other system functions.
Applications for the MAX9275GTN/V+ include high-resolution automotive navigation systems, megpixel camera systems, rear-seat infotainment solutions, and other demanding industrial video and data transmission systems requiring compact, low-power, and noise-resistant serialisation ICs.
Supports transmission data rate up to 3.12Gbps. One driver and 30 receivers configured with LVCMOS input. 56-Pin TQFN package suitable for surface mounting. Robust operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. Serializer pre/deemphasis enables 15m cable length at full speed.
ESD protection protects against ±8kV contact and ±15kV air discharge. Multiple programmable output voltage levels to reduce EMI. Supports UART, I2C, and mixed UART/I2C control channels. Browse our Semiconductor Interface IC category at EnvMart for comprehensive solutions.
