Product Description
A whole variety of organic matter can be present inwater, which cannot be determined individually. Atleast not without considerable analytical effort andwithin a short time. This is why the so-called sumparameter TOC (total organic carbon) is used. Itmeasures a samples organic loads and is thus animportant indicator for water quality.The TOC content is best detected by using the difference method. Through a combustion at 1,200Call organic and inorganic carbon bonds are broken,producing CO2 which can then be detected andquantitively measured. As an intermediate valuethe total carbon (TC) of the sample is given. Finally,a separate analysis of the inorganic carbon (TIC)takes place. The TIC value is subtracted from theTC value. The result being the organic carbonTOC, TC, TIC, Combinations with COD, TNb possibleThermal Oxidation at 1200C0.1-50,000mg/l, with dilution230/115V~, 50/60Hz.Analogue Output 0 / 4-20mA.Remote control via TCP/IP protocol.
