Product Description
Geotech GA5000 portable biogas analyser GA5000 is a high-precision instrument designed for accurate on-site measurement of landfill, biogas, and contaminated land gases including methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), and carbon monoxide (CO), with optional NH3 and H2. The analyser integrates infrared and electrochemical detection methods, supported by an internal pump for effective sample intake.
This analyser offers simultaneous multi-gas measurement with rapid T90 response times and comprehensive data storage. It measures barometric and relative pressure, as well as environmental temperature, supporting users in complying with environmental legislation and standardising site monitoring routines. The GA5000 is intrinsically safe (ATEX II 2G Ex ib IIA T1 Gb) and is certified for operation in hazardous zones. Its robust ABS/polypropylene body with rubber over-moulding ensures industrial durability and field reliability. Other features include GPS capabilities, user-selectable alarms, data logging, a high-resolution TFT display, and user-friendly USB connectivity for data transfer.
