Hanna BlackStone BL5 Chemical Dosing Pump is a high-performance solution engineered for precise chemical dosing and reliable process control in demanding industrial applications. With a maximum flow rate of 5.0 LPH and operating pressure up to 7 bar (101.5 psi), this pump ensures consistent and accurate chemical injection, making it ideal for water treatment, wastewater management, and chemical processing systems.

Built with durability and chemical resistance in mind, the BL5 features a PTFE diaphragm and PVDF pump head, allowing it to handle aggressive chemicals with minimal wear and extended service life. The fibre-reinforced polypropylene housing enhances structural strength, while glass ball valves and Viton® O-rings ensure leak-free operation and long-term reliability in continuous dosing applications.

The pump is designed for flexible installation, supporting both horizontal and vertical mounting configurations. Its compact footprint (165 x 194 x 121 mm) makes it suitable for installations where space is limited, while front-facing controls and valve assemblies allow easy access for adjustments and maintenance even after installation.

With a dosing frequency of up to 120 strokes per minute, the BL5 offers precise control over chemical dosing rates. The IP65-rated enclosure protects internal components from dust and water ingress, ensuring dependable performance in harsh industrial environments. It operates efficiently on a 110/115 VAC power supply with approximately 200 W consumption.

Additional features include a self-priming capability up to 1.5 meters for easy startup, operation in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50°C with up to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing), and a total weight of 3 kg for stable installation. The pump comes complete with 5 x 8 mm polyethylene tubing and a 1/4 inch injection fitting for straightforward integration into existing systems.
