BlackStone BL20 solenoid driven chemical dosing pump offers robust performance for precise chemical metering in industrial and water treatment processes.
Hanna BlackStone BL20 Solenoid Driven Chemical Dosing Pump is a high-precision, compact solution engineered for accurate and reliable chemical dosing in industrial, laboratory, and water treatment applications. Utilizing advanced solenoid-driven technology, this pump minimizes mechanical wear by reducing moving parts, ensuring long-term durability and consistent performance compared to traditional motor-driven dosing systems.
With a maximum flow rate of 1.5 litres per hour and pressure capability up to 13 bar, the BL20 is designed to meet a wide range of dosing requirements, including precise injection of acids, alkalis, coagulants, and other process chemicals. Its positive displacement mechanism ensures excellent repeatability and dosing accuracy, making it ideal for critical process control applications.
The pump is constructed with a PVDF pumphead and PTFE diaphragm, offering exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive chemicals. Glass ball valves and chemically resistant FPM/FKM O-rings further enhance dosing precision while ensuring leak-free and safe operation in demanding environments.
Housed in a rugged fibre-reinforced polypropylene casing with an IP65 protection rating, the BL20 is built to withstand harsh industrial conditions, including exposure to moisture, dust, and chemicals. Its robust design ensures reliable operation over extended periods with minimal maintenance requirements.
The pump operates at up to 120 strokes per minute and is powered by a 110/115V, 50–60Hz supply, with a maximum power consumption of 200 W. Its self-priming capability of up to 1.5 meters allows flexible installation and dependable startup performance.
Designed for ease of use, the BL20 features front-facing controls and valve assembly for convenient adjustment and maintenance. The broad, flat base and versatile mounting options enable installation on tanks, walls, shelves, or floors, making it adaptable to various system configurations.
The package includes the BlackStone BL20 dosing pump, polyethylene tubing (5 × 8 mm), and all necessary valve fittings for quick and efficient setup.
Widely used in water treatment plants, chemical processing industries, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities, the Hanna BlackStone BL20 ensures precise, efficient, and reliable chemical dosing for continuous operations.
