BlackStone BL15 chemical dosing pump for industrial applications, featuring 15.2 Lph flow rate and robust IP65 protection.
With a maximum flow rate of 15.2 litres per hour at up to 1 bar pressure, the BL15 is ideal for medium to high-volume dosing applications such as water and wastewater treatment, cooling tower management, and industrial process dosing. Its reliable performance makes it suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments.
The pump is constructed with a PTFE diaphragm, offering excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and ensuring long service life. The PVDF pumphead further enhances chemical compatibility, while glass ball valves and Viton® O-rings ensure precise flow control and leak-free operation even under corrosive conditions. The inclusion of polyethylene tubing supports safe and efficient chemical transfer.
Housed in a rugged fibre-reinforced polypropylene casing with an IP65 protection rating, the BL15 is designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions, including exposure to moisture, dust, and chemicals. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
The unit supports flexible mounting options, allowing horizontal installation on tanks, shelves, or floors, as well as vertical mounting on walls, machinery, or process systems. Its compact dimensions (165 × 194 × 121 mm) and approximate weight of 3 kg make it easy to install even in space-constrained environments.
Operating at up to 120 strokes per minute, the pump provides efficient and controlled dosing. Its self-priming capability up to 1.5 meters simplifies system setup and ensures reliable startup. Powered by a 220/240V AC supply (50/60 Hz), with a 250V fuse and approximately 200 W power consumption, the BL15 delivers stable and efficient performance.
The pump operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 50°C and up to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing), making it suitable for challenging industrial environments.
