Littelfuse RUSBF250 is a 2.5 A Resettable Fuse designed for protection of electrical and electronic circuits against overcurrent conditions at a voltage rating of 16V dc. This PolySwitch™ PTC device rapidly switches from a low resistance state to a high resistance state during electrical overload or short circuit events, automatically resetting once the fault condition is corrected and power is removed.

The device features a radial lead orientation, enabling straightforward PCB wire-ended mounting. With a trip current of 5 A and a hold current of 2.5 A, it effectively safeguards circuits with a power dissipation capacity of 1.2 W.
