Product Description
Hi-Force HSS54 is a portable general purpose Hydraulic Cylinder designed for lifting and pushing tasks requiring flexibility and high cycle durability. This single acting cylinder has a stroke length of 100 mm and a lifting capacity of 4.5 tonnes, operating at a maximum pressure of 700 bar. Manufactured with high strength alloy steel, it features chrome plated piston rods to prevent corrosion and pressure activated anti-extrusion seals that enhance both performance and reliability.
The cylinder includes non-metallic bearings on the piston rod and stop ring to provide excellent wear resistance with low friction and high side load bearing capacity. It is equipped with heavy duty return springs to assist piston retraction and steel stop rings that increase its capacity to withstand side loads and restrain the piston at full extension. All ports have 3/8 inch NPT connections and a quick release female half coupler is fitted as standard.
This robust cylinder is perfect for industries such as mining, power generation facilities, railway maintenance, shipyards, and steel manufacturing plants.
