Danfoss FC51 Inverter Drive model FC51 is a compact and reliable variable speed drive designed for industrial applications requiring control of AC motors up to 11 kW with a three-phase 400V supply. This panel-mount drive features a maximum output current of 23A and IP20 protection, ensuring safe and efficient operation in indoor environments with ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

The VLT FC51 series offers advanced control capabilities including a Process PI-controller, Automatic Energy Optimizer (AEO) for improved efficiency, and Automatic Motor Tuning (AMT) to simplify setup and enhance motor performance. It supports output frequencies from 200 to 400 Hz, allowing flexible speed control across a wide range of applications.

Additional features of the FC51 include a built-in electronic thermal relay to protect the motor, smart logic controller for digital and analog input/output integration, integrated brake functions, and an RFI filter to reduce electromagnetic interference. It delivers 150% motor torque up to 1 minute and supports flying start functionality for catching a spinning motor.

The drive is supplied without a control panel, but optional LCD control panels with or without potentiometers and different IP ratings are available separately.
