Product Description
Danfoss FC51 Inverter Drive model 132F0022 offers a 2.2 kW three-phase variable speed solution for AC motor control, powered by a 400V AC supply. This panel-mounted drive is engineered for high reliability and compactness, measuring 176mm width, 168mm depth, and 75mm length, with an IP20 enclosure rating.
It includes advanced functional features such as a process PI-controller, automatic energy optimizer (AEO), and automatic motor tuning (AMT), which optimize motor performance and energy efficiency. The inverter supports an output frequency of 200 and 400 Hz, can deliver up to 150% motor torque for 1 minute, and has built-in brake functions and RFI filtering to ensure stable operation.
The drive's maximum output current is 5.3 A, suitable for a range of industrial applications including centrifugal pumps, radial and axial fans, compressors, and conveyor belts. It is designed to operate reliably in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. The drive is supplied without a control panel, though LCD panels with or without potentiometer are available as options.
