Mentor GmbH 1304.1005 is a flexible LED Light Pipe designed as a 1-way straight light guide system with a 300mm length and PCB mount type. It provides an efficient solution for transmitting light from a surface mounted LED to the desired user interface, maintaining luminance with minimal loss and no light bleed. The light pipe features a clear circular lens with 2.2mm outside diameter and 1.6mm inside diameter, constructed from high-quality PMMA material, and is mounted in black PC UL94 flame retardant holders.

This flexible light guide system is comprised of mounting supports and light pipes which are sold separately, allowing users to customize their lighting setup. The mounting supports fit securely into PCB boards, enabling quick push-fit installation for 2.2mm diameter light pipes. The holders are fashioned from robust PC black UL94 plastic to ensure flame resistance and mechanical stability.

Operating reliably within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, this product is suitable for diverse applications including industrial electronics, control panels, instrumentation, and lighting design projects requiring precise light transmission.
