Product Description
MEAN WELL NPF-90-30 is a high-performance 90W constant voltage LED driver supplying 30V output at 3A with five outputs, featuring an IP67 rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure, making it suitable for demanding industrial, commercial, and outdoor LED lighting applications.
Designed with a universal AC input voltage range from 90V to 305V, the driver integrates active power factor correction (PFC) to ensure efficient power usage and low harmonic distortion. The enclosure is made of flame-retardant plastic with a silicone potting inside to resist vibrations up to 5G while enhancing thermal dissipation.
Its multiple builtin protections against short circuit, over current, over voltage, and over temperature improve system reliability and safety. Cooling via natural convection eliminates the need for auxiliary fans, reducing maintenance and noise.
The IP67 rating and fully encapsulated construction enable the driver to operate efficiently in wet, dusty, or humid environments, including outdoor industrial settings, water treatment facilities, and automotive lighting systems.
This class II power supply includes double insulation and a weather-resistant cable, allowing flexible installation without ground connection requirements. The device complies with international standards such as UL8750, CSA, ENEC, CB, CE, and EAC, ensuring global regulatory acceptance.
