MEAN WELL HBG-160-24B is an IP67 rated, fully potted LED driver designed specifically for LED high bay and low bay lighting fixtures. Its circular aluminium enclosure delivers superior heat dissipation, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications including mining, stage, and architectural lighting.

This LED power supply supports a wide input voltage range of 90 to 305VAC along with a constant voltage output of 24V and a maximum power output of 156W at 6.5A current. It includes a three-in-one dimming function which supports 1 to 10 V DC, 10V PWM, or resistance dimming, allowing flexible lighting control.

With an efficiency of up to 93.5%, the HBG-160-24B driver features built-in active Power Factor Correction (PFC) and meets harmonic current limitation EN61000-3-2 Class C at 60% load. Its IP67 rated full potting protects electronics against moisture and dust, extending product longevity in harsh environments.

Protection features include short circuit, overload, over voltage, and over temperature safeguards. The unit is designed to operate reliably between -40°C and +60°C ambient temperature using free air convection cooling without additional fans.
