Product Description

Tufnol 194-1126 brown synthetic resin bonded paper plastic sheet is engineered for industrial and electrical applications that demand durable insulating materials. Featuring a phenolic resin and kraft paper laminate, this sheet is dimensioned at 590 mm length, 285 mm width, and 2 mm thickness.

This material exhibits a density of 1.36 g/cm³, ensuring rigidity and reliability in installation. The water absorption rate is exceptionally low at 0.01%, making it suitable for environments where moisture resistance is critical.

Its thermal conductivity of 0.26 W/mK allows it to perform well when moderate heat dissipation is required. The sheet can operate continuously up to 120°C, accommodating a range of industrial temperature conditions.

An adhesive backing is incorporated for ease of use in mounting and assembly processes. Impact strength is rated at 2.7 kJ/m², which provides good protection against mechanical impacts.
