RS PRO 514-782 Beige Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Plastic Sheet measures 500 mm length, 50 mm width, and 25 mm thickness, constructed with fibreglass, epoxy resin, acrylic, and fine weave cotton laminate for enhanced mechanical properties. This solid plastic sheet offers outstanding toughness, stiffness, and high mechanical strength under demanding industrial and engineering conditions.

This PEEK sheet exhibits excellent resistance to harsh chemicals including acids, bases, hydrocarbons, organic solvents, steam, and seawater. It also demonstrates high creep resistance and stress cracking resistance, making it ideal for long-life applications where component failure reduction is critical.

With a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0, tensile strength of 95 MPa, and maximum operating temperature of 260°C, this product maintains performance in elevated temperature environments. Its low water absorption (0.5%) and thermal conductivity (0.27 W/mK) further enhance suitability for technical industrial uses.
