The sensor integrates a 3D digital linear acceleration sensor and a 3D digital magnetic sensor, making it suitable for precision motion detection.
This sensor provides linear acceleration full scales selectable among ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g, and a magnetic field dynamic range of ±50 gauss. Its embedded features include a FIFO buffer for data management, self-test function, and an embedded temperature sensor for temperature compensation.
Operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring robust performance under varying environmental conditions. It includes programmable interrupt generators for detecting free fall, motion, and magnetic field changes, enhancing its utility in demanding applications.
