Abracon AB0815-T3 is a highly efficient and sophisticated Real Time Clock IC featuring ultra-low power consumption, with current as low as 14 nA. This device is based on innovative Subthreshold Power Optimized Technology (SPOT) CMOS platform that integrates full RTC functions with battery backup and programmable counters and alarms. It operates within a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
