STMicroelectronics STGIB15CH60TS-L N-Channel Array Smart Power Module is designed for high-performance motor control and power management applications. This intelligent power module integrates 6 IGBT transistors and associated control circuitry, enabling efficient conduction and switching with low losses. It supports continuous collector currents of up to 20 A with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 600 V, ensuring robust operation in demanding industrial environments.
