Bivar Panel Mount 1-Way Straight Rigid LED Light Pipe Clear Lens 3 mm PLP2-3MM

Bivar PLP2-3MM is a panel mount 1-way straight rigid LED Light Pipe featuring a clear 3 mm lens designed to provide precise light transmission from LED sources to desired panel display locations. This product is engineered for front panel mounting applications, ideal where space constraints necessitate a low profile design.

The rigid construction of the PLP2 series light pipes ensures durability and reliable optical performance. Its round shape with a 2.8 mm inside diameter and 3.3 mm outside diameter fits seamlessly into panel mount assemblies. The clear lens allows compatibility with all LED colors, enhancing design flexibility.

Installation is streamlined through easy press-fit mounting, reducing assembly time and improving production efficiency. The low profile face makes it suitable for narrow applications, avoiding long RFI-emitting or sensitive connections to panel-mounted LEDs.

These light pipes are RoHS compliant, reflecting adherence to environmental safety standards. Manufactured in China with consistent quality control processes, the PLP2-3MM is a reliable choice for industrial, electronic components, instrumentation, and control panel designs.

Key beneficial attributes include uniform panel aesthetics, enhanced design flexibility, and cost-effective installation, making the PLP2-3MM suitable for commercial electronics, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems.
