Product Description
Pico Technology PP877 is a three-axis accelerometer kit designed as an oscilloscope adapter for precise noise and vibration measurements.
The PP877 uses MEMS technology to provide accurate ±5 g measurable acceleration range and bandwidth from DC to 350 Hz. It outputs a DC-coupled 0-2 V signal per axis through BNC connectors compatible with PicoScope oscilloscopes equipped with three or more analog input channels, particularly suited to high-resolution 4000 series oscilloscopes.
The interface includes BNC overvoltage protection up to 30 V, with output scaling between 99 mV/g and 122 mV/g and a zero-g bias voltage ranging from 0.85 to 1.15 V for all axes. The sensor head sustains shock levels up to 10,000 g and operates across a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
Compact and practical, the sensor interface measures 105 x 65 x 27 mm including BNC connectors, while the vibration sensor magnet has dimensions of 12 mm diameter and 18 mm length, secured with a fitted grub screw. The interface weighs 120 g and the vibration sensor 80 g for easy handling and installation.
