It supports input voltage operation from 2.5 V up to 12 V and delivers an output voltage of 4.06 V with a maximum output current of 1 A. This device comes in a compact VFQFPN 16-pin surface mount package measuring 3 x 3 mm, making it ideal for space-constrained applications including handheld equipment and digital cameras.
The L6924D013TR integrates the power MOSFET, reverse blocking diode, and sense resistor to enable simplified battery charging system design.
