Contactum 47-SB504015D Galvanised Steel Wall Box with IP66 ingress protection rating provides robust protection against dust and powerful water jets, suitable for demanding industrial and electrical enclosure applications.

This wall box measures 500 mm in external height, 400 mm in external width, and 150 mm in external depth, offering a compact yet spacious interior for housing electrical components.

The enclosure is constructed from galvanised steel with a durable powder coated finish in RAL 7032 grey, enhancing corrosion resistance. The CNC machine formed polyurethane gasket and specially profiled lip ensure excellent waterproofing and weatherproofing performance.

It is equipped with a quarter turn cylindrical metal lock with keys, which engages when open, providing security and ease of access. The door features easily removable hinges for flexible door opening orientation.

Additional design features include a galvanised steel mounting plate, chassis plate, and gland plate, making the wall box highly adaptable for various mounting and installation requirements. Earth studs are provided both on the enclosure and the door to facilitate proper earthing.
