The digital display combines the clarity of an analogue-style 40-segment bar graph with the precision of digital readouts. Its dynamic colour-changing backlight (green, red, white) provides immediate visual feedback on operational status and alarms. The high-contrast, anti-glare LCD is designed for wide viewing angles and bright conditions.

Users can fully configure the meter via free APM configuration software to set scaling, range, message displays, and up to 10 alarm setpoints. Two independent output channels support either digital open collector or 4-20 mA analogue outputs suitable for integration with automation systems.

Built for industrial use, the APM-AMP-APO complies with international standards including CE, UL, cUL, DIN43700/IEC61554, UKCA, and NEMA 4 and 12 (UL50). It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C and offers IP65 front protection against dust and water ingress.

When combined with the Trumeter APM IoT Gateway, this ammeter allows remote monitoring through the Trumeter Cloud platform, offering data logging, SMS and email alerts, and anywhere access for enhanced industrial process control.
