Microchip ATMEGA328-AUR is a high-performance 8-bit AVR microcontroller featuring a 32kB ISP FLASH memory and capable of running at 20 MHz clock frequency. Encased in a 32-pin TQFP surface mount package, this microcontroller is based on the AVR RISC architecture and integrates a hardware multiplier for enhanced computational efficiency.

Designed to operate between 1.8V and 5.5V supply voltage, the device incorporates 2kB of RAM and 2kB of EEPROM, alongside 23 programmable input/output lines and an 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter. Additionally, it supports a versatile set of power-saving modes and a programmable watchdog timer with an internal oscillator to optimize power consumption.

Featuring two 8-bit timers and one 16-bit timer, serial USART communication, and multiple USARTs with fractional baud rate generators, it is competent for complex embedded applications.
