Skyworks Solutions Inc Si8661BD-B-IS is a high-performance 6-channel digital isolator designed for robust digital signal isolation with a data rate of up to 150 Mbps. The device features capacitive isolation technology delivering low propagation delay and skew, along with excellent noise immunity and high reliability suited for long lifecycle operation.

This digital isolator operates with a maximum forward voltage and supply voltage of 5.5 V and can safely isolate signals with an isolation voltage up to 5 kVrms. It is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package with surface mount technology, measuring 10.3 mm in length, 7.5 mm in depth, and 2.65 mm in width.

The fast switching speeds include a propagation delay of 13 ns and rise time of 4 ns, enabling high-speed digital communication with six separate isolated channels in a compact form factor.
