Gefran 40T96-4-00-RR00-000 (EX 40T96-4-00-RR000) Panel Temperature Indicator offers industrial-grade temperature control with 1 input and 2 relay outputs. Designed for robust and accurate temperature measurement, this panel mount indicator supports K Type Thermocouple sensors and operates on 240V ac/dc power supply.
The device features a clear 3/4 digit red LED display and is protected with an IP65 rating, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. Its operational temperature range of 0°C to 50°C allows usage across diverse applications including air conditioning, food processing, humidity control, industrial refrigeration, mold cooling, and thermostat systems.
Equipped with RS232 digital communication for easy configuration and RS485 optically isolated serial line protocol supporting GEFRAN CENCAL or MODBUS RTU, this model provides excellent integration capabilities in automated processes.
The 40T96 series offers features like 2 configurable alarm outputs, indication of probe faults such as cut-out or short circuit, and sensor-break safety detection to prevent measurement errors and damage. Its phase angle firing mode enables precise control in power management applications.
Supports configurable input ranges including linear input signals, thermoresistance, thermocouple, or thermistor. Custom thermocouple linearization available via faceplate keys. Sampling time and trip intervention are programmable between 15 and 120 milliseconds with resolutions from 4000 to 16000 steps.
