Dold IL9151.12 2-450kOHM AC230V 0.2-20S Monitoring Relay features two independently operating changeover contacts suitable for precise level monitoring and control of conductive liquids and powders. Designed for DIN rail mounting, this device effectively monitors maximum and minimum fill levels, protects against overfilling and dry running, and controls mixing ratios in conductive liquids.

Utilizing IEC 255 and VDE 0435 Section 3033 compliant electrode connections, it supports 2-point or 1-point level control with a maximum electrode lead length of 1500 meters. The measuring circuit is galvanically isolated from mains supply, rendering it immune to high interference and external noise.

This monitoring relay offers a wide setting range from 4 to 450 kΩ, enabling differentiation between liquid and foam presence. The response and fallback delays are separately adjustable between 0.2 and 20 seconds for minimum and maximum levels, allowing precise control and reliable operation. It supports programming for two separately controlled output relays or jointly controlled output relays in 2-point hysteresis level control and can be configured for operating or rest current principles.

The internally generated approximate 30 Hz AC voltage for electrode measurement prevents electrolysis within the fluid, ensuring long-term reliability.
