Product Description
Metrix P01102095 Dataview Software is designed specifically for use with the three-phase energy network analyser CA8334B. This powerful software enhances the analyser's ability to monitor electrical interference and power quality with advanced data logging and analysis capabilities. The CA8334B instrument, known for its robust portable container and large display, provides detailed voltage and current waveform visualization, vectorial diagrams for each phase, and harmonic spectrums up to the 50th order.
The software enables rapid identification and detailed analysis of power quality issues including flicker, voltage interruptions, and harmonics. It calculates key parameters such as neutral current, peak factors, voltage and current unbalance, and total harmonic distortion. Recording of transient events at 12.8 kHz frequency allows detailed waveform examination.
The CA8334B with this software is robust and portable, featuring a rechargeable NiMH battery and the option to operate on mains power, making it suitable for industrial, laboratory, and field environments. It includes an alarm mode for setting thresholds on parameters to monitor power quality effectively.
Data collected can be transmitted to a PC using the supplied serial port with optical coupler, allowing further analysis and report generation with the QualistarView software. Supplied accessories include four 3-meter measuring leads, four crocodile clips, PC connection cable, QualistarView software, carrying case, and detailed usage instructions.
This setup complies with the EN50160 standard on voltage quality, making it suitable for electrical engineers, HVAC professionals, manufacturing plants, and utilities focused on energy quality management.
